Реферат:
This study evaluates the performance and reusability of palladium nanoparticles supported on Paracoccus yeei for catalytic hydrogenation. Using the hydrogenation of 2-butyne-1,4-diol as a scaled model, the Pd/P. yeei catalyst maintained high selectivity across ten consecutive cycles, accompanied by minor nanoparticle growth (4 to 5.1 nm). Although catalytic stability remained robust, analysis revealed 1.02 % palladium leaching after the tenth cycle. Crucially, the leached, dissolved palladium species remained catalytically active and selective. Our findings demonstrate that the components of the cell have a pronounced effect on the stabilization of size of palladium nanoparticles, even when subjected to ten cycles in hydrogenation of 2-butyne-1,4-diol. Furthermore, the bacterial catalyst exhibits higher selectivity than traditional carbon-supported catalyst.
