Реферат: We present the results of Monte Carlo studies on the non-equilibrium relaxation dynamics of trilayer magnetic asymmetric heterostructures. A second-order phase transition was observed in this multilayer magnetic structure. The critical properties of ultrathin films are sensitive to the anisotropy effects. A strong dependence on anisotropy was revealed for the hysteresis phenomenon in the trilayer nanostructures. Increasing the value of the anisotropy parameter leads to a broadening of the hysteresis loop, which means an increase in the coercive force and characterizes the ability of a ferromagnet to maintain a magnetized state. Three types of field-dependent magnetization relaxation are observed: monotonic, non-monotonic and oscillatory. Aging effects in the asymmetric multilayer structures were revealed not only at their non-equilibrium critical behavior, but also in a wide range of temperature range of the low-temperature phase. These effects should be taken into account in the practical use of multilayer magnetic structures as elements of spintronics devices with the giant magnetoresistance effect.
