Abstract:
We found significant influence of the external magnetic field, temperature, and initial conditions of the system on the relaxation behavior of the magnetization The initial conditions of the system must be taken into account to prevent instability in the operation of spintronic devices. Different types of magnetic relaxation are revealed: monotonic, non-monotonic, oscillatory, which are consistent with experimental data for the sample SiO_2/Pt/Co/Ir/CoPt. In the study of hysteresis effects, a three-stage switching is observed, due to the layer-by-layer flip of the ferromagnetic film. Four stable magnetic states are observed in the hysteresis loop, which are consistent with the experimental structure Pt/Co/Ir/CoPt. An analysis of the dependence of the temporal autocorrelation function revealed the aging effects arising in the magnetic structure near the Tc and 1/2 Tc.
