Abstract: The Monte Carlo simulation of the critical behavior of multilayer structures based on anisotropic Heisenberg model is performed. The influence of the uniaxial anisotropy on the critical behavior of the thin Heisenberg-like film is described. The investigation of non-equilibrium critical behavior of multilayer structure which correspond to the nanoscale superlattice Co/Cu demonstrates that the aging effects can be observed in a wider temperature range than for bulk magnetic systems.
