Abstract:
A Monte Carlo description is given of the magnetic properties of spin-valve structures that depend on temperature and an external magnetic field. An investigation is performed of the dependence of hysteresis phenomena on the type of magnetic anisotropy in structures, the thickness of ferromagnetic films, and different values of intra- and interlayer exchange.
