Abstract: The synthesis of a carbon sorbent modified with lactic and glycolic acids using a vacuum rotary evaporator was carried out. The parameters of the process of modification of the carbon sorbent are optimized: the duration of synthesis, the temperature of polycondensation, and the consumption of the modifier. The physicochemical properties of the original and modified sorbents were studied before and after optimization of the synthesis. Microbiological studies have been carried out to determine the biospecific properties of carbon sorbents.
