Abstract:
Activity of Pt/SAPO-31, Pt/B2O3-Al2O3, Pt/WO3-Al2O3 catalysts was studied during the isodewaxing of
hydrocarbon biodiesel feedstock obtained in the process of sunflower oil hydrodeoxygenation. Catalytic tests were carried out in a flow fixed-bed reactor under the following conditions: 250-350 °C, 1.5 MPa, MHSV 1 h-1 and H2/feedstock 1000 (vol.). The highest activity and selectivity in the process of hydrocarbon biodiesel isodewaxing were received at Pt/SAPO-31 catalyst with SiO2-Al2O3 molar ratio about 0.1, ensuring 94 wt. % yield of liquid products.
