Реферат:
The recultivation technology for soils contaminated with fuel oil in the concentration of 150g/kg in the Western Siberia using microbiological preparations and earthworms was developed. Earthworms have great potential for removing hydrocarbons from the soil, even at high concentrations up to 100g/kg. The introduction of microbiological preparations increased the survival and reproductive potential of worms in fuel oil contaminated soils and contributed to a significant reduction in the concentration of oil hydrocarbons for 20-22 weeks in a laboratory experiment. Oil contamination is a common environmental threat, and bioremediation is a useful method of soil remediation. Earthworms were shown to stimulate the degradation of petroleum hydrocarbons in soil. The aim of this research was to study the survival, reproductive potential of earworms in fuel oil contaminated soil and ability to degradate total petroleum hydrocarbons (TPH) with or without earthworms and biopreparations "Baikal-EM", "Tamir" and "Vostok". This research was aimed to select a consortium of microorganisms improving Eisenia fetida, Dendrobaena veneta and Eisenia Andrei survival in fuel oil contaminated substrate with concentrations up to 100g/kg and supporting oil contaminated soil bioremediation. Another aim was to develop a method for oil contaminated soil bioremediation with microorganisms and earthworms in a climate of Western Siberia at the temperature of 15°C. The method of oil contaminated soil bioremediation with fuel oil concentrations up to 100g/kg in the presence of bacteria Paenibacillus pabuli, Azotobacter vinelandii, Lactobacillus casei, Clostridium limosum, Cronobacter sakazakii, Rhodotorulla mucilaginosa, Cryptococcus albidus, yeast Saccharomyces, Candida lipolitica, Candida norvegensis, Candida guilliermondii, fungi Aspergillus and Penicillium as well as Actinomycetales and earthworms Eisenia andrei, Eisenia fetida and Dendrobaena veneta is proposed. During the experiment lasting for 5 months, a significant lowering (by 70-85%) in hydrocarbons content was registered in the soil with the earthworms and the biopreparation. © 2018 Author(s).
