Реферат: The effect of thermal-oxidative treatment on the structure and conductive properties of nanosized globular carbon (NGC) P 234 was demonstrated. A structural study of the NGC P 234 particles in comparison with NGC N234 was carried out by the Raman and XRD methods. A correlation between thermal-oxidative effect, treatment temperature and electrical resistance of NGC was interpreted through changes in the structural characteristics La and ID/IG. A relationship between conductive properties and heating temperature was found to be non-monotonic.
