Abstract:
Industrial technology of catalyst impregnation based on circulation of impregnant solution through stationary carrier layer that enabled sorption under gradientless conditions. The carrier was preliminary treated with substances inducing adsorption centers of preset chemical nature. Rate of sorption and substance distribution in the course of impregnation was controlled by maintaining preset circulation frequency and concentration of the deposited substance. The new technology permitted to develop automatic installations with high productivity of equipment, to realize waste-free production with regard to expensive active components and to improve catalysts specifications.
