Abstract:
Experimental groups of polymetallic reforming catalysts were produced on the base of Pt-Sn-Al2O3 system. The ShPR-2 and PR-42 catalysts of A and B brands differed in platinum content that was 0.4±0.02 and 0.6±0.02 % correspondingly. The catalysts were produced in sulfurized form. Both catalysts of B brand were tested in pilot plants under reforming of directly distilled hydrorefined benzine fraction at 105-150°C. The PR-42B and ShPR-2B exceeded KR-106 platinum-rhenium catalyst in selectivity and activity and were deactivated by coke deposition in a lesser degree than the latter. Fine regeneration of the catalysts was marked. Data on industrial service of the catalysts were presented. Higher selectivity was marked in the catalysts in comparison with KR-110K catalyst at the initial stage of service.
